Dear parents,
Following your responses to our survey concerning the revised student timetables, the EES management has decided to rework its proposal.
The school management has also decided to organise two separate votes within the Administrative Board on the new proposal – one vote concerning the nursery and primary timetables, and another vote concerning the secondary timetables.
Following these changes, we would like to ask you once again to let us know your views as parents on the new proposal, so that we can take due account of them when it will be voted on at the school Administrative Board meeting of 10.06.2024. The APE has 7 votes at the Administrative Board (out of a total of 30).
We therefore invite you to click on the link below to vote on the school’s new proposal. The vote will close at 11.59pm on Wednesday 5 June.
Lastly, we would like to encourage you to share this link with as many parents as possible, including in your class.
Furthermore, the APE-EES is well aware of the concerns many parents have about a potential increase in the cost of after-school care for M1-P2 pupils on Fridays.
We would like to inform you that we are working closely with the UFCV to see if anything can be done to keep this increase in cost down to a minimum or, ideally to avoid it completely. We are not yet in a position however to be able to confirm this.
