Membership
The EES APE thanks you for joining the association to support its actions.
Membership is open to families with at least one child attending EES.
This membership is the association’s sole financial resource (no financial aid is received from any organisation) and allows us to offer our members services and projects related to the life of the school.
The Membership fee is annual: 20€ per family.
It entitles the member to all the services provided by the APE-EES including those delegated to the service provider UFCV.
UFCV provides the following services:
- Extracurricular (nursery and primary)
- Lunchbox (nursery, primary, secondary)
- After school activity centre Wednesday afternoons and during school holidays (nursery and primary)
Procedure for joining the APE-EES :
- Enter your family’s information
- Payment of the annual fee of 20€
– Via the HelloAsso platform
– An optional contribution to the HelloAsso platform is proposed
– APE-EES login credentials sent by email (used during the payment process)
- Link to the UFCV website for information (National platform)
- PS: email address and parent’s name/surname, used to fill in the form, have to be the same of the ones used to pay on HelloAsso, please!
Full membership
For families wishing to register their children for services provided by UFCV (after-school care,”Lunchbox”, after-school activity centre):
For families already registered for UFCV services the previous year:
- Pay your annual subscription for your membership of APE-EES
- Send back by email to UFCV the pre-filled registration form that UFCV sent you in June, completed with the
sent to you in June, completed with the updated information
- The UFCV will reply by email to validate the registration file
- The family must validate the enrolment by logging on to the UFCV website (login provided by the UFCV): https://portail-animation.ufcv.fr/ecole-europenne-strasbourg/
